Brixham, which has been at the centre of the area's fishing industry for centuries. Lyme Regis, with a historic cobb and harbour area. Dartmouth, a unique costal town with a cobbled market which supplies fresh local produce.
We like them baked until the skin is crisp, served with a herb butter. Or wrap in foil and bake with butter and a sprinkling of thyme - hard to go wrong with bass, and cooking them like this is ideal for the barbeque if you use a double thicknes of foil!
